Getting your new treasures from my nest to yours is a process I handle with deep care. Here is everything you need to know about how Crow's Nest Curios handles shipping and returns.

Shipping Your Curios

As a disabled creator, I build my business around a sustainable pace that honors my body and energy. This means my processing times might look a little different than a big-box store, but I promise your piece is worth the wait.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your order to be thoughtfully packaged and prepped for the journey. Custom orders will have their specific timelines discussed during the design process.

  • Intentional Packaging: In the spirit of upcycling, your jewelry will arrive safely nested in eco-friendly, recycled, or repurposed packaging materials whenever possible.

  • Transit Times: Once your package leaves the nest, standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days within the US. You will receive a tracking number as soon as the label is created so you can follow its journey.

Welcoming Returns

I want your jewelry to feel like magic when you put it on. If a piece does not resonate with you once it arrives, I am happy to help.

  • The Return Window: If you need to return an item, please reach out to me within 14 days of delivery. Items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Pieces must be returned unworn and in their original condition and packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • A Note on Vintage Quirks: Remember that because I use upcycled and vintage materials, minor signs of wear, unique patinas, or slight color variations are part of the charm's history and are not considered defects.
